Apple WWDC 2007 Scholarship Awarded

I’ve dreamed about this moment for weeks now! I applied for the Apple WWDC Student Scholarship in march and since then I’m waiting for the answer. I just received an email from Apple that says that I’ve been awarded the scholarship. So I’m going to have the chance to be in San Francisco from June 11 to 15 for this great event.

If you don’t know what is the WWDC here a little explanation (from the Apple website): This June, the center of the Mac universe will be at Moscone West in downtown San Francisco, as developers and IT professionals from around the globe come together for the Apple Worldwide Developers Conference. Don’t miss this opportunity to connect with Apple engineers, get a firsthand look at the latest technology, and spend a week getting the kind of inspiration you won’t find anywhere else. And for us, students, we’ll have the chance to assist to the special “Student Sunday with special courses, speakers and the career fair.

I already had the pleasure to assist WWDC in 2005 (photos here) and it was a magical week. I can’t wait to be there again, to learn a lot of things and meet great people. I’m starting to search a room and roommates for this event right now!
